Milk Dispenser questions

What capacities are available?

Catalog models are 10L and 20L. 10 L suits a single breakfast station; 20 L suits high-volume buffets.

How large are the urns?

Listed dimensions (cm) are 27 x 38 x 42; 44 x 31 x 27; 44 x 58 x 27. The TCMU10 is the tallest 10 L unit at 42 cm; the TCMU10A and TCMU20A share a 27 cm height and differ in width.

How is the milk kept warm?

Heating is Alcohol / electric or Smart touch heating. Smart-touch models hold a set temperature; alcohol / electric models use a burner or hot plate under the ceramic body.

Can the milk urn also serve coffee?

Yes. The TCMU series is listed as a coffee / milk urn, so the same unit can be rotated between beverages.

Which colours are available?

Ceramic milk urns are listed in white, red, yellow or green, with custom colours confirmed by inquiry. OEM is supported on all three models.

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no MOQ for regular stock or regular production items. A custom logo (laser marking or stamping) starts at 2,000 pcs and custom printed packaging at 10,000 pcs; custom sizes are quoted per project.

What are the payment and trade terms?

Quotations are EXW / FOB / CIF from Shantou, Shenzhen and Guangzhou. Payment is T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment; letters of credit are not accepted. Buyer-appointed forwarders are accepted.

How long is the lead time?

Most regular items are held in stock, so lead time mainly depends on quantity; peak season does not change this. Custom logo, packaging or size orders are scheduled after artwork or sample approval.

Can I get a sample first?

Yes. Samples are available; the buyer pays sample freight and lead time is confirmed per specification. Share the product reference and required specification by email or WhatsApp and the sales team will confirm availability.
