Models list Alcohol / electric or Smart touch heating. Alcohol heating needs no power point; electric and smart-touch models hold temperature for continuous service.

Bodies are PC / stainless body, Ceramic body or stainless steel (201 / 304 / 316 stainless steel; 304 available for 18/8 specification discussion; PC (polycarbonate) for PC GN pans available). Ceramic urns give a premium breakfast-buffet look; PC bodies are lighter for catering transport.

Yes. The TCMU10, TCMU10A and TCMU20A ceramic urns are listed as coffee / milk urns and appear in both the coffee urn and milk dispenser categories.

Stainless and PC urns are listed in silver, black, copper or gold, with hammered or spiral texture options on selected models; ceramic urns come in white, red, yellow or green, with custom colours by inquiry.

Yes. Logos are laser marking or stamping from 2,000 pcs; each piece in a plastic bag as standard; colour box, neutral packaging and private-label packaging on request.

There is no MOQ for regular stock or regular production items. A custom logo (laser marking or stamping) starts at 2,000 pcs and custom printed packaging at 10,000 pcs; custom sizes are quoted per project.

Quotations are EXW / FOB / CIF from Shantou, Shenzhen and Guangzhou. Payment is T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment; letters of credit are not accepted. Buyer-appointed forwarders are accepted.

Most regular items are held in stock, so lead time mainly depends on quantity; peak season does not change this. Custom logo, packaging or size orders are scheduled after artwork or sample approval.
