Privacy & Communications
Website privacy and communications.
A sourcing conversation may include contact details, product requirements and supporting files. Share what is useful for your request, and choose how you would like to stay in touch.
01 / Information you share
Keep the details relevant to the request.
A quotation request can include your name, company, business email, country or region, and an optional phone or WhatsApp number. Product references, quantities, destination and your message help describe what you need.
You may also choose to attach drawings, photographs, specifications or a project schedule. Check files before sharing and remove personal details or confidential information that are not needed for the discussion. Selecting a file does not upload or send it. When website submission is available, choosing “Submit inquiry” sends the form details and selected files to our website, where they are saved for our team to review and process. Only authorised staff can access these enquiry records and attachments. When continuing by email or WhatsApp, add the file yourself in that service.
02 / Your sourcing request
Give the conversation useful context.
The purpose of these details is to understand your requirements, clarify open questions and prepare a response to your sourcing request. Providing a product reference or the page you were viewing helps keep that discussion specific.
Your browser may retain product selections and contact options used on this site. Product request lists contain product references, selected options and quantities. They use browser session storage, with local storage as a fallback, to restore the list across product and quotation pages. A list can be restored for 30 minutes after its last change; opening a page does not extend that period. Expiry prevents restoration but does not automatically erase stored data. You can clear the list on a product page or remove browser-held information through your browser’s site-data settings.
When you continue to the quotation page, a short request list may be included in the page address. These details can remain in browser history or be included if you copy that address. Longer lists rely on browser storage. The list does not include the contact details or files you later add to the quotation form.
Sending a request does not place an order. Please identify any restrictions on how a drawing, attachment or other material may be used when you share it.
03 / Optional chat
Choose what to share in a conversation.
If you choose online chat, your messages may include the same product questions and contact details as a quotation request. You can keep the conversation focused on your requirements without adding information unrelated to your enquiry.
When online chat is available, a browser cookie helps restore your conversation when you return. Messages and the page context you share are saved so our sourcing team can follow the discussion. Our team may receive and answer those messages through Feishu, with replies shown in the website conversation.
Do not send passwords, payment card details or identity documents through a sourcing conversation. For questions about a conversation record, use the email contact below.
04 / Contact preferences
Tell us how you prefer to hear from us.
You can state your preferred contact channel in your message, or ask to change it later. If you do not want further follow-up about a request, tell us through the channel you used or contact us by email.
WhatsApp, email services and linked social platforms have their own privacy practices. Opening one of these contact routes takes the conversation to that service; review its privacy information before sharing sensitive material. When you choose email or WhatsApp from the quotation summary, your request details are copied into a prepared message for that service. Review the message before sending.
05 / Questions & deletion
Ask about information you have shared.
For a privacy question, a correction or a request to delete information you sent, email us with enough context to locate the relevant enquiry or conversation. Use the original contact address where possible, and avoid attaching additional sensitive documents.
Ashton@woyoumi.sc.cnInclude the enquiry reference, if you have one, and explain what you would like us to review.
