Start with the footprint, then check the depth

The stainless steel size reference lists GN 1/1 at 530 x 325mm, GN 1/2 at 325 x 265mm and GN 1/3 at 325 x 176mm. The table below includes all nine catalog formats. These are external pan dimensions, not the required cut-out dimensions of your equipment.

Measure the equipment opening, usable depth and lid clearance before selecting a pan. Include a drawing or the equipment model when the fit needs review. A GN size label alone does not confirm compatibility.

Choose stainless steel or PC separately

Stainless steel pans and PC (polycarbonate) pans have separate catalog specifications. Do not apply the steel thickness matrix or a steel pan application to a PC product.

The PC GN 1/3 page lists transparent or black colours, depths of 65 / 100 / 150 / 200mm by inquiry, and standard, notched or flip lid options. Ask for the temperature and cleaning limits of the selected PC item before specifying its use.

How do I choose the depth and lid?

The stainless steel selector lists 20, 40, 65, 100, 150 and 200mm depths, plus a custom option. The PC GN 1/3 selector lists 65 to 200mm by inquiry. Choose the depth against your service needs and the usable space in the equipment.

Confirm the lid type, rim fit and any utensil opening with the selected pan. When ordering several sizes or depths, use one request-list line per configuration and give a quantity for each.
